While I do agree same day flying, scouting and targeting an animal is unethical, if you are on Kodiak and fly, land on salt water, set up camp and then hike up a mountian and shoot a B/C Blacktail deer that you have never even seen due to cloud cover or what have you, its ethical and fair chase IMHO.
