Keep these discussions

going (as if they needed encouragement). I find the continuing discussions sharpen my own thinking, help me see how others think/feel, make me aware of differences of opinion, and generally help me in this arena.

I'm currently dealing with the ethics of cloning in my 8th grade science class. You think the ethics of hunting is difficult??

As to one of the questions about same day hunting. Many other states have so little fly-in hunting that I don't think the subject gets much consideration. In Quebec, same-day hunting is just part of the system.

Other ethical questions get different considerations around the states and the world. I always salvage all the meat I can get (because I'm either cheap or ethical:):) However, in Wyoming, neck, rib, and flank meat is not required to be salvaged from big game (even moose).

So it goes - our discussions will continue to help all of us as long as we don't "beat" on people just because they are different from us.

Someone said (don't remember who) "The only constant is change".
