Bad News
Posted by Michael Strahan on Feb 10 2006
Great.  Just what we need; another Denali Highway fiasco!  Weekend warriors with squadrons of ATVs tearing up the place, fighting over who shot it first... I can hardly wait.

Are parking lots next, or are we just going to continue jamming up the HAUL road.  Notice it is called the "HAUL" road for a reason; it exists for the purpose of HAULING materials to the oilfields on the North Slope.  It was never intended as a hunting access corridor.  Though this might look good for Mr. Seekins' election campaign, it will most certainly spell long-term damage to a very fragile environment.  Scars up there take a LONG time to heal.

This is gonna be fun.

-Mike
