I remember the alcan long before the haul road gravel and all. the wildlife was seen throughout it was not changed by one user group but from all that used it as a nonresident I have no voice just opinions. history could be the asset [learning tool] that is needed to regulate the haul road
the original haulroad concept proposed to lawmakers was twenty to thirty years until the oil was extracted then placed back to its origianal state.I have great memories of the past but perhaps newer generations are interested in a differant type of memory.
