I can see the problem now.  They are actually going to allow atv's to go anywhere in that area now?  You are right, it's going to get ugly.  There must be already foot trails there, but now they will be atv trails.  But what's so bad about snow machines?  I would think that with sufficient snow it wouldn't be a problem for the tundra.  Actually that sounds awesome if you have an snow machine, even if you were not a hunter (like me).
