Siwash Camping
Posted by Michael Strahan on Feb 11 2006
Hi folks,

Another survival discussion here.  I was reading a post on spring bear hunting and the idea of having to stay out overnight came up.  This got me to thinking about the times I've slept out without a sleeping bag or tent, and I thought it might be a productive discussion.  Here goes:

1.  Have you done this before?  What was it like?

2.  Do you normally go out from camp prepared to stay out overnight?

3.  What gear do you recommend for this?

4.  Pros and cons?

Thanks, folks.

-Mike
