Victorinox Knives

I use these knives both in the field and at home. They are the best I've found. They hold an edge very well. I've bought them at a restaurant supply place in Fairbanks (I don't remember the name) and also through Smokey Mountain Knives. They are a little cheaper in the Smokey Mountain catalog. I don't think you'll regret getting them.
