[ Return to Contents | Post a Reply | Post a new message ] my opinion for what its worth Posted by AK-HUNT on Feb 14 2006 Had a whisperlite at one time and agree with the jet problems. Also have used one of those that use the pressurized cannisters. I think they are a pain. I bought a whisperlite international several years ago. The international has performed flawlessly for about 7 seasons. Early season sheep to late season moose or goat. Not a single hiccup. It has the shaker jet that keeps it clean while you are packing it around I guess. Have used some gas from the airplane before and it seems it really does burn about anything. Love the little stove. Weighs a LITTLE more than some, I'm sure. Anyway, I would go with the wisperlite if there is any doubt. Previous: Whisperlite comments Michael Strahan Feb 14 2006 Next: One more thing...
