I believe the reason game meat gives you gas is because it is so rich in protein and it is so lean. Beano works great for preventing gas, not that i've ever tried it, an old g/f of mine told me about that stuff. As for my favorite game meat, thats a no brainer:
1. Sheep
2. Moose
3. Blacktail deer
