Sheep over the campfire

Sheep is my number one, but it never tastes as good as that first meal over the campfire when the fat is dripping and hissing in the flames and all you've eaten for a week is freeze dried and power bars.  That being said, a buddy once served me sheep backstrap and corn-fed Nebraska white-tailed deer side by side, prepared the same way. Danged, if I wasn't reaching for more deer meat.
