Moose float waders

We're coming up for a float trip in september and starting to gear up now. I wanted to know what the experienced Moose hunters use for waders? Neoprene, breathable or the old stand bye rubber hip boots. I want something that is not only comfortable but will withstand the brush. Any thoughts would be helpful.
