compassion
Posted by BrownBear on Feb 21 2006
You're right, of course.  But when it comes to compassion, I also have to feel for the bush pilot/friend who found his remains, the folks that had to shoot the bears, the biologists who had to perform the necropsies, all of whom will have nightmares for the rest of their lives.  And of course I feel compassion for his girl friend's family along with his own.

In light of all that, I don't have much left for him.  I feel sorry that so many people had to suffer for his foolishness, but I have nothing but anger for him in pushing the envelope for his own egotistical reasons.
