Death
Posted by gil on Feb 22 2006
For all those reading this and having any care or concern for the decency of hunting in any aspect should ask that some of the comments made be stricken from the forum in regards to a human life being taken. True ignorance has reared its head here in some of the statements made, not all. The loss of a life is devastating to several persons no matter generally whose life it is and from where I sit now those effects are adverse enough without remarks being made that show the world we are the "Kill em all let God sort it out" kind of "HUNTERS" that PETA and the likes would make us out to be. I have seen death in its ugliest of forms "WAR" man killing man so the comments regarding insignificace of any ones life were wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All have thoughts and even comments about the events and effects of what happened but morality if not compassion should tell you to keep certain ones to yourself if nothing better to say. Several innocent people have lost their lives to wildlife and not through any fault of their own, and some have had lives altered both physically and mentally from attacks around the world, Professional Guides and assistants, even State employees ( F&G, Troopers, Conservationist, Naturalist, etc.) have had events go terribly wrong, so in saying all, I ask that the negative comments be stricken from forum as non productive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
