Check out Boondocks in Eagle River.  It's worth the drive out from Anchorage.  I'm treated with much more respect and given much more help here than anywhere else.  Their prices are pretty good, too, and their selection is great.  Very knowledgable staff as well.

Take the South Eagle River exit (right after the bridge), take the main street through town (Old Glenn Highway) and turn right after the Holiday gas station (Eagle River Loop Road).  Boondocks I think is the 3rd building on your left.
