Mike – I know it’s been discussed, I am sure it’s in the achieves but the season is quickly coming upon us … “Tips” – what’s the general rule (percentage)? There are the Guides, Asst Guides, Pilots, Cook, and Packers. Is the percentage doled out amongst all or given to the Guide/Outfitter and he/she takes care of everyone.
