[ Return to Contents | Post a Reply | Post a new message ] High altitude... Posted by Jeff L on Feb 26 2006 has anyone ever heard of taking Gingko extract 2-3 weeks prior to high altitude activities? It seems to relieve the common symptoms nausea,headache,etc.Our early season elk camp is at 11,500 and we hunt + or - 2000'. My wife had read that high altitude climbers were tested and they found a significant decrease in the same people who later took gingko for several weeks prior to a climb.
