We hunt southern Wyoming at about 9,000 to 10,000 feet. Last year one of my buddies came with ginko extract. He claims it helped. I have never had any problems so I didn't take any. One of its features is that it thins the blood. Not sure how that would help at high altitudes.

I second the previous post - acclimation time and plenty of water.
