a buddy who's in less than perfect shape wen to the summit of kilamanjaro last year and said the guides told them all to take it but most of the others where runners and in great shape so only he and another took it and they were the only two to make it. then the others called them cheaters i call them smartthe product is diural and sold in the states as Diamox
