I just returned from a trip to town and while I was at the local sporting goods store looking at some rifles three young Russian men walked in and one of the went to the counter to get a license of some type that regarded low income something or another and when the store owner asked him some questions about whether he qualified or not for the tag the guy acted like he didn't understand and played stupid, couldn't speak english  then went to go get his buddy so he could talk to the guy behind the counter and I walked past him and his buddy in another area of the store and they were talking english as clear as I can. God it just drives me nuts! But lets not discriminate against them becasue they are Russian, give me a break!
