A local preference is still not fair no matter how much sugar you put on it. Shut the unit down if you have low numbers, period. A board has no business telling us that we should hunt elsewhere because numbers are low and I would be better off.
Maybe I like that area. Its not your concern or theirs. Its a Game management issue pure and simple. There are either enough animals to hunt or there simply are not. It changes year to year and must be reviewed. Again you simply cant live there and not be bias. Impossible!
