I have no problem with those in a remote village having access to hunt areas before me or during certain parts of the year.  Having a resident only hunt or late winter hunt is acceptable.  Closing off certain lands to subsistence hunting or Tier II hunting is NOT acceptable in my book.  I have no problem with setting up different seasons, I have HUGE problems with the feds closing federal lands to certain groups only.

I also have a huge problem with locals shooting animals for dog food, and please don't tell me that they are "needed" for transportation, etc.  Resources are too limited to be fed to a bunch of mutts that provide nothing but family companionship.  Get a chihuahua if you want a dog but can't afford dog food.
