There are several of the BLM Smokejumpers that live in Fairbanks that have done this. Bruce "Buck" Nelson is the ons name that I can remember of the top of my head. He resides in Fairbanks part of the year. He is an author and has a website as well, I think it is Bucktracks, but I am not sure. His books and videos are on this site and he posts threads as well, you should be able to get in touch with him.
