Just who the "H" "E" double-hockey sticks are you calling a gentleman?!! I'm offended. Deeply <grin>.
Seriously though, I just hate to let incorrect info go by, so my apologies for tossing out a correction and also for commending WinMag on some good info on north slope drilling and how it relates to caribou herds, and pointing out that info is also online via the USGS site.
Perhaps the only link to online hunting resource info we need to give is this one:

At least it's coming off that way. I'll get off my soapbox now, just tired and grumpy and this didn't sit well with me. Hey, I did manage to avoid a response to some other stuff <grin>. Actually, it was Homerdave's turn; we work on a tagteam system. It is our sworn duty to uphold conservation ethic and common sense and all-that-is-holy among the hunting fraternity. Uh-huh. We swapped blood on it. Sorry Dave, they should know the truth. Please don't tell everyone I'm a closet longhair greenie now...it might hurt my stellar reputation. I guess the next time a fellow hunter gets on one of Mike's threads and says oil development increases caribou herds, it's my turn. You didn't honestly think, Mike, that we should let that go, didja? Though I admit sometimes folks just want to get a rise out of some of us. Give it a week, and all these words will be so far down the page none of it will matter. Perhaps a new, improved thread is in order. Begin anew with a better opening link <grin>.
