Some folks will get set up and start calling before they get fully ready thinking that they've got a while to settle in... Be ready to shoot and know your surroundings before you blow on the call! There could be a bear in your lap before you finish the first calling sequence! It definitely works and puts a good edge to fox calling here in Kodiak. Learn as much as you can about predator calling and apply the same techniques you would for other predators.
