garunteed hunts are illegal, i'm glad that obvious in there,
dummy camps are unethical...gonna rock a few sheep hunters i know...lol
I still don't have a good understanding on the new use area registration. you can't test of an new unit unless you've got 60 days of experience there? so that would mean outfitters can't move around as much, unless they already have those units. But then that also means that all the assitant guides out west in caribou camps won't be able to test of units outside the ones they've guided in. seems like the areas with alot of assitant guides will just fill up for lack of being able to test for other units. maybe i'm not understanding that part totally.
other than that, i'm glad to see the new draft, encouraging to know that the state actually cares about what happens with the guide industry.
