perhaps the term outfitter is meant for guides who dont' actually guide but hire other guides to do the hunts for them, they outfitt the hunt but dont' actually guide, just sign contracts. alot of that out there...just a thought. i guide but don't transport, i contract all that out, i still like the steam from gut piles oppossed to the burn from insurance on an airplane.
