Just weighed my nallo 3 with my digital scale.  it comes in at 4# 12 oz.  the fly on these tents are attached to the them.  in otherwords when you set up the tent you automatically set up the fly.  however, you can camp under just the fly without the tent.  when you do this you sleep on the ground but the space is huge.  we did this on a sheep hunt in mid august with great success.  the weight of just the fly with stakes and poles is a little over 2#.  i think the tent is great, plenty of room, light, sturdy, can camp with or without the tent.
