I just flew back up here with a few new handguns.  Still the same story.  Lockable container and they don't even actually look at the gun.  Well, I'm sure some will.  Anyway still relatively low threat.  By the way I wouldn't pack one ten feet in the woods here if I was rifle hunting but that's .02 for another post.  Good luck on your hunt.
