I own the 378 weatherby and have it zero'd in at 200 yds with 270 barnes X. It puts me 2 inches low at 300 and 6 inches low at 400. Qoo yds it is 2 inches high. I plan on taking it this spring for my Brown Bear hunt. Here is the bllistics on the .378  6000lbs at the muzzle.
