Take some of the packaged tuna and chicken, not the can stuff and take along a package of the already cooked chicken patties or beef patties. Ramen is a good idea but it is loaded with sodium so you might want to take that into consideration too. The noodles and rice meals snowwolfe is talking about is the flavored stuff, like with herb and butter, or rice pilaf, that sort of thing. MRE's weigh a lot so i wouldn't take them but they do have a ton of calories in them, thats why our fighting men and women eat them. There's lots of options, go to the super market and check stuff out, you'll be amazed at what you find.
