I remember hearing somewhere, that only substinance hunting was allowed in the Wrangell Preserve and Park.  What part of the Wrangells can a non substinance hunter hunt for sheep, the park or the preserve?  Just trying to start saving money for a future hunt within the next 5-10 years.  Thanks
