Sadly, BRWNBR is dead on.  
I called an air taxi several years ago and they made no secret they wouldnt take anyone in who hunted sheep or moose or bear.  It would enfringe on _______'s guiding service.
I was really ticked off.  Not so much about not hunting there, but the fact that that crap could go on. Several hunting buds told me to record them refusing to take me and to threaten to sue them, but thats never been my style.
I wonder if something legally could be done about it.  It has, in essence, monopolized part of the state for some for profit.
I called back another day and told the flying service that I was someone who wanted to go photo birds and they wanted to book me.
I could be wrong, but I think that even the Park Service gets a cut (legally) from guides down there...is that true?

This has been posted on before, and it always amazes me how some of the loudest voices on this forum avoid this subject.
