Did a Google search and found a whole bunch of them.  Awhile back, Mike Strahen recommended a great book I've enjoyed reading "Look To The Wilderness" by W. Douglas Burden.  Anyhow, it's all about hunting during the 1920's and all they seemed to eat is bannock while camping.  I've never tried it, mostly live on instant grits for breakfast and peanut butter sandwiches for lunch.  Maybe I'll give bannock a try this May.
