Your post mentioned only two alternatives; boning your caribou in your hotel room, or leaving it in the field.  There are at least two others.

1.  Rent a heated storage unit in town.  CLEAN IT when you're finished.

2.  Drop it off at a local processor.

I applaud you coming forward to defend this practice; it takes some spine to stand up for this, even if you didn't use your name.  But I strongly disagree with what you're saying.  You don't bone out game in your hotel room.  Period.  Would you want someone doing that in your house?  There are no exceptions to this; just don't do it.

This one is beyond belief.
