Samson law
Posted by sdog on Apr 09 2006
This is the reason Colorado has the Samson law.  If you get caught poaching an animal for its trophy value, you get $50,000 fine right off the bat.

Up here, it would be the difference between the guys shooting these full curl rams for trophy value as oppossed to the guy who pulls the trigger on a 49-inch bull.  Different reasons so different fines.

Personally, I hope these two bastards get thrown in jail and get their trucks, rifles, and anything else associated wtih taking these sheep confiscated.
