You're answereable to the Governor.(who doesn't give $.02 for the electorate's opinion at present)Also being on the BOG doesn't equate to managing by legislation. The haul road bill and HB 170 equals managing by legislation. The game board is supposed to listen to the biologists, concerned citizens, and enforcement, (the people who have to make sure we are all following the rules, hence their opinion of if a rule is enforceable is important) and make decisions to the best of their ability. That's actually the best way to manage if it was left alone to do the job.
