different regs will be out soon i think for the qualifications, used to be 18 years old to get your assistant guides license, 21 for your registered license. but in order to guide a bear client for an outfitt you have to have a minimum of an assistant guide license, and not be stupid. if ya are, you won't be a bear guide long...
