I should clarify that my frustration is aimed at those bad-assed flies you guys have up there, Alaska game bags, and the lack of specific info on the use of citric acid.  I do take game care seriously and that's a major reason I haven't done a float trip.  I think I'd stress out too much trying defend the meat pile from non-furry attackers.
