I guarantee u that I cannot kill a bear with a rubber bullet.  If I can`t protect my pets and property with a rubber bullet in the butt of a nosy bear and am forced to slam him with a .44 mag there is a real problem in this state. That cannot be the only 2 options.  When f&g were called--they wanted me to "make some noise". Seven barking dogs isn`t enuf?  So now they want to hunt the moose to keep them from getting killed by cars--I love that one. Just give me a few rubber bullets and life will be good.
