I'm fairly new to shooting this lively a caliber, I would like to sight the gun in and start shooting on a regular basis, my question is this, all the guys in my moose hunting gang only seem to bring their guns out in the fall and sight them in before going hunting. I would like to know what distance is a good distance to sight this rifle in at. There is some fairly long shots where we hunt 4;500 yards but most likely 2:300 is the longest,is there somewhere in the middle I should be sighting the rifle in so I feel confident shooting the long one if necessary? thanks Next: 300 win mag sincitynut May 08 2006 Message Thread:
