I have owned ruger rifles I love their actions but their barrels are not very good in terms of tolerances and they are thin walled (probably to save money in manufacture). The best that you can do with these rifles in order to improve accuracy is to let them cool down between shots, especially with any magnum load, they develop alot of heat due to increased velocity, and thin walled barrells will always show marked decreases in accuracy due to this.
