High lift kit

trying to lift mt fram up so my fenders don't rub, I have a 6X6 with 589 tires over size [26 inch] they rub so I need to raze the fram about 1 inch an on a different web site a man told me about a pice of water pipe will do the trick as he han ben doing it for some time with out any problems an different man said he will sell me some Alumin spacers for $68.00 at my front door any input
