1987 Suzuki Quadracer LT500R “Quadzilla”

Body It was rebuilt from the frame up. All Parts were stripped, primed & painted.  Frame completely stripped & PCed by Advanced Powdercoating. New Full Set of Maier Plastic (front fenders have been shaved), New Allen Headed SS Bolt Kit, New Seat Cover, Latch & hardware, New DG Nerf Bars, Replaced headlight assembly &  Fender Supports off e-bay (was not included when I bought it), Radial front tires installed on old rims (90 to 95% tire tread left), Suzuki Z400 hubs to update bolt pattern, New ITP 9in Rims with Radial rear tires (90 to 95% tire tread left), Chain Adjustment Plate replaced, New Studs in Axle Carrier, BKR Axle Bearing (included not installed),
Engine Freshly rebuilt by Team CC. It is bored .80 over with a new Wiseco piston. $1500 in receipts (includes clutch), Has been run but not fully broken in yet, New Pro Design O-ringed Billet Cool Head with a 69cc dome (to run pump gas it IS changeable)  NGK Plug,  Suzuki Coil,  Carbon Tech Reeds (Mid-range), Used (discontinued) reed stops replaced, 40 mm PWK Keihen carb (bored out), New Duncan Racing Jet kit (Set up for 32-1 mix), New Intake boot, New PTR Pipe, Fat Boy II Silencer, Duncan Racing K&N 250R style filter w/ outerwear & conversion kit, New Primary Drive Gear, HD Clutch & Springs, Hinson Basket & clutch hardware, Brushed look on engine.  Busted mounting tab professionally repaired. New from Suzuki engine mounting hardware. Sprocket cover, hardware & Wiring Harness, Radiator replaced with straight one, New TM Designworks chain slider and rollers, Sidewinder front Sprocket (13 T),  Ti-Moly rear Sprocket (40 T) & Ti-Moly Chain,
Brakes All Brake calipers rebuilt (Rear replaced), New Braking brake pads (Front & Rear), SS Braided brake lines, Billet Brake Line holders, EBC Rear Brake rotor, Duncan Racing Brake Block Off Plate (Blue Anodized),
Suspension Works Triple Rate front shocks with remote reservoirs, Chromed Front A-arms (all bearing are good), All needle bearings repacked, Full Floater replaced, New All Balls Tie Rods, Rear shock rebuilt by Team CC.
Controls Steering stem extended 1 in. & reinforced,  New Pro Taper 1 1/8th Handlebar with a Fly mounting kit & bar pad, Fly Clutch Lever,  Motion Pro Clutch  & Throttle cable,  Pro Grip's,  Moose Racing Billet Thumb Throttle (Blue Anodized),  PowerMadd yellow hand guards & mounting kit,
Spare parts included are 2 10in 5 bolt pattern rear rims with 18in Fast Trekker tires mounted (60% tread left), 2 10in 5 bolt pattern rear rims with 22in Spider Trac tires mounted (40% tread left), 2 Mikuni carbs, Stock front Shocks, Brake lines, front A-arms, 5 bolt rear hubs, Air Filter, Tie Rods, reed block & reeds & much, much, MORE.
Project 100% COMPLETE and running. Still needs jetting to be fine tuned for summer. 50% of parts are BRAND NEW, EVERYONE who has seen it in person has said it is the nicest/cleanest Quadracer they have ever seen (Even Team CC).
If you want a completely rebuilt Quadzilla. This is the one for you!!!!!

We are having twins in Oct/Nov and need other stuff more than another quad!
