Happy new year to you Frank and Matt - I hope the you are all well and that the holidays were good to you and yours. I have been thinking about you quite often lately and just did not get a chance to write.

I saw that you got some pictures of the past seasons hunts on the web site. I saw a couple of familiar faces - somehow getting your picture on a web site is rewarding. I guess its realizing that others will see the success and have a goal to aim for. I really did have a great hunt. It took me about a week or so to recover. As I told you when I was up there, I thought that I was in good shape, but... I learn something new on each hunt and while I did take Frank's guidance on what to pack back into the mountains I would make some adjustments in that and also in my own preparation for the future. See I am talking about the future - yes at some point I would like to go on another sheep hunt. This was the most physically demanding hunt
that I have been on and some of them have been pretty grueling. Maybe its that I am getting older now - I don't know. Sheep hunting certainly does
get into your blood so I am sure I will do it again. 

Hopefully I will see you at the show. Say hello to Matt and Frank for me.

PS: One thing that sticks in my mind is how you and Frank compliment each other on you views and opinions. As I watched you interacted on which way to go on the trail where the sheep would be etc., it was interesting to see the decisions being made. Sometimes we did want you suggested and sometimes it was Frank's views that were followed. You probably don't even realize it, but I did. You truly make a great team.
