About the Author Christopher Batin is an internationally recognized outdoor
photojournalist specializing in Alaska hunting and fishing. He is editor-in-chief of
the bimonthly journal, The Alaska Hunter, a publication for those who want the very best
in Alaska hunting. He has won numerous writing awards for his hunting articles, many
having appeared in national and regional magazines. His first edition of
