[ Return to Contents | Post a Reply | Post a new message ] wrangell Posted by jdb3 on Jan 12 2005 I boat around Petersburg. You can go to Wrangell along Frederick Sound but you have to go through Dry Straits at high tide. There will probably only be about 8 to 12 feet of water there at high tide. The silt will not bother your lower unit. It is safer, but a little longer, to go down Wrangell Narrows and then across to Wrangell. It is a nice trip too. Jim Previous: Thanks!
