Hi I am from Canada. I am thinking of buying a zodiak for moose hunting. I like the fact that it will fit in a float plane. I want to use it to go up some rivers and creeks to access another back country lake. On the main lake we can use our large aluminum boat.
I have no experience with a zodic. I was wondering are they tough enough for this. I want to haul the moose out to the main lake with this. The river is shallow in places how much water do i need to float? I was looking at a 12' zodiac. If this is not a good boat for this please let me know. If you think it will be alright if you can suggest a model, floor great.
