I would go with the Achilles.  They build a great boat using quality hypalon.  The Alaska Series boats by Jim King are made out of a Plastic type material.  The material will be great for a few years, probably better than hypalon, but it will harden over time.  In 6 or 7 years your boat will be full of tiny little cracks and look like a dry desert floor.  Good luck.
